Privacy Policy

How Ant Acres: Pixel Color Sort handles your information when you play, what we share with third parties, and the choices you have.

Effective date: October 1, 2026 Last updated: October 1, 2026

Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Ant Acres: Pixel Color Sort (also published under localized titles in some languages), identified on Google Play as com.antacres.game (the “Game”).

The Game is developed and published by LH Systems (“we”, “us”, “our”), which is responsible for the processing of the information described here. You can reach us at any time at therealworld565@gmail.com.

By downloading or using the Game, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Game.

At a glance

No accounts

We never ask for sign-up, your name, email, phone number or a password to play.

Progress stays on your device

Your level and settings are stored only on your phone. We do not upload them to any server of our own.

Ads

The Game is free and shows ads from Google AdMob, with your consent where the law requires it.

Analytics and crashes

We use Firebase to understand how the Game is used and to fix bugs, without identifying you personally.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for any purpose other than those described in this policy.

Information we process

Information stored only on your device

The Game stores the information it needs to work locally, in the app’s private storage:

  • Progress: the level you have reached, whether you have completed the Game, and the state of power-ups (such as the speed boost).
  • Preferences: music, sound effects and vibration.
  • Internal counters used to space out how often ads appear.

We do not transmit this information off your device. If Android backup is enabled, the operating system may include it in the encrypted backup of your Google account; that backup is managed by Google according to your settings, and we have no access to it.

Information collected automatically by third-party services

The third-party SDKs integrated into the Game (described under Third-party services) automatically collect certain technical information:

Data typeExamplesCollected by
Device identifiers Android advertising ID, app instance ID, Firebase installation ID AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics
Device information Model, manufacturer, Android version, language, screen size, carrier AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics
Approximate location Country or region inferred from your IP address (never GPS or precise location) AdMob, Firebase Analytics
App activity Sessions, screens viewed, time in app, first open, interactions with ads Firebase Analytics, AdMob
Diagnostics and crashes Error logs, crash stack traces, memory and disk state at the time of a crash, app version Firebase Crashlytics

Information we do not collect

  • Your name, email address, phone number or other contact details (unless you email us).
  • Precise (GPS) location.
  • Contacts, photos, files, microphone or camera.
  • Payment information: the Game has no in-app purchases.

If you contact us

If you email us, we will receive your email address and the content of your message. We use them solely to reply to you and handle your request.

How we use it

  • Running the Game: saving your progress and preferences.
  • Advertising: showing the ads that fund the Game and, if you allow it, personalized ads. This also powers the rewarded ads you choose to watch voluntarily.
  • Analytics: understanding, in aggregate, how the Game is played so we can improve levels, performance and design.
  • Stability: detecting, diagnosing and fixing bugs and crashes.
  • Fraud prevention and security: ad providers use certain data to detect invalid or abusive traffic.
  • User support: answering your messages.

Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or similar laws apply, our legal bases are: your consent (personalized ads, and storing or accessing information on your device for advertising purposes); our legitimate interests in keeping the Game stable, secure and improving it (analytics and crash diagnostics); and performance of the service you request by playing.

Third-party services

The Game integrates the following Google services, which process data under their own privacy policies:

ServicePurposePolicy
Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) Serving interstitial and rewarded ads How Google uses advertising
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) Requesting and managing your privacy consent Google Privacy Policy
Google Analytics for Firebase Aggregated usage statistics Privacy and Security in Firebase
Firebase Crashlytics Crash reporting and diagnostics Privacy and Security in Firebase

Learn more about how Google uses data from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Apart from these providers, we will only share information when required by law (for example, in response to a valid court order), to protect our rights or the safety of our users, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.

Advertising and consent

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or another region where the law requires it, you will see a Google consent form when you open the Game. It lets you accept or decline the use of your data for personalized ads and ad measurement. If you decline, you can keep playing, and non-personalized or limited ads may be shown.

You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy inside the Game, when that option is available in your region.

Other controls available to you

  • Advertising ID: on Android you can reset or delete it from Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Settings → Google → Ads, depending on your device).
  • Google ad personalization: at adssettings.google.com.
  • California and other U.S. state residents: you can opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for advertising purposes using the controls above. We do not sell personal information for money.

Permissions

The Game does not request any dangerous or runtime permissions. The included libraries declare only normal permissions that Android grants automatically:

  • Internet and network state access: to load ads and send analytics and crash reports.
  • Advertising ID (AD_ID): so AdMob can serve and measure ads, subject to your consent and your device settings.

Retention and deletion

  • Local data: stays on your device until you clear the app’s data (Android Settings → Apps → Ant Acres → Storage → Clear data) or uninstall the Game.
  • Google Analytics for Firebase: user-level data is retained for up to 14 months and then deleted automatically.
  • Firebase Crashlytics: crash reports are retained for 90 days.
  • AdMob: retention periods are determined by Google under its privacy policy.
  • Emails you send us: kept as long as needed to handle your request and no longer than 12 months after it is closed, unless the law requires otherwise.

Requesting deletion of your data. Because the Game has no accounts, we do not hold data that directly identifies you. Even so, you can ask us to delete any data associated with your installation by emailing therealworld565@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

Data sent from the Game by third-party services is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Local data is kept in the app’s private storage, which other apps cannot access. We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on the laws of your country (for example, the GDPR in Europe, the LGPD in Brazil, the CCPA/CPRA in California, or data protection laws in Latin America), you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we process about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Request its deletion.
  • Object to or request restriction of processing.
  • Receive your information in a portable format.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
  • Lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

To exercise these rights, email us at therealworld565@gmail.com. We may ask for additional information, such as your device’s advertising ID, to locate the relevant data.

Children

The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by the law of your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers

The service providers listed above may process data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States. In those cases, Google relies on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the Game, the services it uses, or the law changes. We will publish the new version on this page with an updated “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, we will let you know inside the Game or on its Google Play listing.
